SHIPPING & RETURNS
POLICY — VEAUDRY UAE

Scope
This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to orders
placed with Veaudry UAE (“VEAUDRY”, “we”, “us”) for delivery within the
United Arab Emirates (UAE).
For international shipments outside the UAE, contact customercare@veaudry.ae for a quote; international shipments require
payment of courier and customs charges in advance and are subject to
additional terms.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment authorization and
any required identity/payment verification is completed.
We aim to dispatch most in‑stock orders within 1
business day of payment clearance. Dispatch times exclude weekends and UAE
public holidays.
Delivery methods and timeframes
All deliveries are door‑to‑door via our selected
courier partners.
Major UAE urban centers (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah,
Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah): typical delivery 1–3
business days from dispatch.
Remote areas / outlying emirates: typical delivery
2–5 business days from dispatch.
Heavy, bulky or custom items may require additional
handling time; we will notify you when applicable.
Delivery timeframes begin from dispatch, not from
order placement.
Delivery fees and duties
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and shown
prior to payment. Any customs, duties or taxes for cross‑border shipments
are the recipient’s responsibility. For UAE domestic deliveries, prices
include applicable UAE VAT unless otherwise stated.
If an address is remote or requires special
handling, additional charges may apply; we will notify you before
dispatch.
Failed delivery / address issues
Ensure delivery address and contact details are
accurate. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address
provided by you, additional re‑delivery charges may apply, and delivery
may be delayed.
Uncollected shipments returned to us will be subject
to return shipping and handling charges, which may be deducted from any
refund.
Payment and security
Payments are processed via our third‑party payment
provider(s). We do not retain full payment card details. We accept the
payment methods displayed at checkout.
Where additional verification is required for fraud
prevention, we may delay dispatch until verification is complete.
Returns, cancellations and exchanges — consumers
Cooling‑off / cancellation: You may cancel most
online purchases and request a return in accordance with applicable UAE
consumer protection rules and this Policy. To cancel, notify us promptly
at customercare@veaudry.ae.
Return window: Unless a longer statutory period
applies, items must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery unless
otherwise stated at the point of sale. For items specifically sold with a
different return period, the shorter or longer period shown at sale will
apply.
Condition for returns: For hygiene and safety
reasons, opened, used, soiled or non‑resalable items cannot be accepted
(this includes most cosmetics, personal care items and brushes), unless
the item is defective. Returned items must be unused, in original
packaging, with all seals, tags, accessories and documentation intact.
Defective or incorrect items: If an item is
defective, damaged on arrival or not as described, notify us immediately
with photographic evidence. We will arrange repair, replacement or full
refund (including reasonable return shipping) at our option.
Exchanges: Exchanges are subject to stock
availability. If exchanging for a product of different price, any
difference will be charged or refunded. Return shipping for an exchange is
handled as described at time of request.
Return costs: You are responsible for return
shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, defective goods, or
goods damaged in transit. We may provide a prepaid return label for
eligible returns.
Handling / restocking fees: We may charge a
reasonable handling or restocking fee when permitted by law; any such fee
will be disclosed before you confirm the return.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within10 business
days of receipt and inspection of the returned goods. Payment provider and
banking processing times may add additional days before funds appear in
your account. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
where possible.
We will deduct applicable delivery, customs,
handling or restocking fees from refunds only where permitted by law and
disclosed in advance.
Employee purchases
Employees purchasing VEAUDRY products must follow
the same order, payment, delivery and returns procedures as consumers,
except where an internal employee purchase policy states otherwise. Any
employee discounts, special shipping or bespoke terms will be documented
separately.
Liability and limits
VEAUDRY will use reasonable care to deliver goods in
good condition. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our liability
for loss or damage is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery (i.e., when
the goods are delivered to the address you provided and signed for).
Dispute resolution and governing law
This Policy is governed by and shall be interpreted
in accordance with the laws of the UAE. Any dispute arising from or
related to this Policy, or your order may be referred to the competent UAE
consumer protection authority or resolved by the courts of the UAE in
accordance with applicable law.

Provide your order number, name, contact details and photos where
relevant. We will verify identity before processing refunds, returns or
exchanges when required.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The
effective date is shown at the top. Continued use of our services after
changes indicates acceptance.
